IRS US Mafia

After 25 armed agents pointed guns at me and my sleeping children and told them get up this is no joke only to find fins out ir was for a search warrent not arrest. They have intimidated investors I dealt with and told them not continue doing business with me slandered me said lies about me defamation of character not been charged of anything this search warrant was for taxes little over 3 yrs later indicted on the hot new topic of what government allowed to happen but of course our government will not take the fall for it's own mistakes not the big wigs on wall street but of the us citizens who are to be free of dictatorship free and sovereign or being held like prisoners for us to justify there wrong doings so they can look like there cleaning up a mess of the citizen of the us when merely there own mess they created where in the true justice and constitution that we we're founded on, being forced by our government to submit to their new laws to extort from we the people.

maddening, confusing

After many over an hour long calls, each time talking to a different person [ea. have their own form to be a expert at]. 4 different months. The darn taxes were still not correct. Even after the IRS figured it we kept getting revisions. hair pulling. 1st we owed over 2000.00 then several hundred more. once they sent us a $1.38 check back. Mean people. bet they don't do the rice this way!

I am lucky; my neighbor is not!

I had one interaction with the IRS for my business and I had no problems. I have heard that others have not been so lucky. A neighbor has been dealing with the IRS for several years; they have even come to his house to check on his home business!

I have had good experiences with IRS for over 50 years. If you just realize that they also have a job to do you will be okay. Most agents will give you some leeway and that is normally enough so that both of you can realize a gain. I have found that female agents seem to be harder to work with.I basically have not lost a case in my 50+ years. That is not to say that I have won on every point in all cases. I won my first case when I was 18 years old. I am now 70 years old. I am still in practice on a daily basis.

They were on my doorstep the same day

I was fined by the IRS for missing a payment for my home based business while I was ill. I appealed with the help of my accountant and tax attorney. After a long winded process, I received a notice, by registered mail, to say my appeal had been rejected. The same day, there was a knock at my door and a man in an expensive looking suit flashed some ID and said he was from the IRS to collect a payment. He was inside before I had chance to object. He showed me a copy of the notice I had received and said he would like a check. Fortunately I had kept the money aside in a money market account so I could pay. Once he had the check he was much more pleasant. I asked if this was normal practice and he said that he almost always collects payments in this manner due to the "transient" nature of business owners in Southern California.

Contacting the IRS

I tried to contact the IRS about a tax issue. I was put on hold for a half hour and finally gave up. I still haven't figured out what to do.
